The Prop. 8 Explosion, the Abomination of the Obama-nation, and the persecution of the Saints

Politics has predominated the very fabric of our society. There's no getting around it, every man, woman, and child has been drawn into the conflict and pretty soon I fear that this will spread to the whole world.

The Church has been undergoing serious persecution lately from the opponent's of Prop. 8.

I would have never thought that in a million years people would actually protest outside of a temple. Never. Nevertheless these types of people are being influenced by Satan (boy is he laughing his head off right now. The stupid jerk!) are our enemies. They will never give up their reprehensible attacks on our church until it either goes down or we join on their side! Either way those people shall never get want they want!

I have been pretty much sickened by the actions of two people that are currently on Facebook right now. They are both from Utah, one of them served a mission for goodness sakes and the other one is actually homosexual! One of these people said that we the Mormons have actually deserved all of the persecutions that have happened to us! He says that we are racists, or were, and that we the Mormon Church have not been bashed on, or that we haven't been all that bashed on. Oh and he says that Joseph Smith got what he deserves.


And unfortunately as you all know, Obama won. For the first time in American history that means that we have a black president. Everybody keeps saying that we would be racist if we didn't vote for him, which of course is total crap altogether! At least the good news is that I'll be on my mission for two of the four years of his administration. I hope he messes up so we can get a Republican president back in the White House. A liberal Democrat in both the White House and with the liberals dominating the legislative branch I'm scared as to what kinds of liberal crap could be pushed through. I called Obama a communist at school and I got a ton of kids mad at me for that. :) Oh well, what are those losers going to do?

As a side note Water Polo season is over for me! Yahoo! That means that I will start the pre-conditioning for Track and it also means that I can work on my Eagle. We lost to Jesuit. The score was 18-7! Oh well, I won't have to deal with Vesey (my coach) yelling at me anymore. For the first time in my life I got to play basketball with the old guys in my ward building. Even though I got up early I had a lot of fun and I made some baskets too. It provided me an entertaining way to work out and I'm looking forward to some more games.

So as a final thought I heavily encourage all of you who read this (hopefully there will be more than one person reading this) to pray for the Brethren so that they will be inspired as to how to lead the Church in times like these. I wonder how they are going to do it.
